This is for AdaptHealth. They are awful. I have been placing the same order since may 2023 and now I have been trying to get my mom nutrition for over 30 days. After several issues finally got thre order done Aug 5 2024 but it was not received. So I Called today Aug 12 2024 and was told my mom same order now needs an override which has been pending since last Monday. 5 business days. I have been in hold 1 hour and 34 minutes waiting for a member of their leadership team to get this override done. Trying to find another compa... read more
My experience wasn't good, hard to reach someone & when I ordered my supplies they would send something that I didn't order
Recently I needed my oxygen concentrater replaced. I hadn't had any contact with them since before they were bought out. I had to call customer support and have a new account set up. The ladies I spoke to were so nice and helpful and nice. Within five minutes I received a call from the nice young man at the warehouse to set delivery of my new concentrater. All in all I had a new machine up and running within an hour and a half.
Horrible do not choose this place . Their building doesn't even exist. I can't even get them to change out my wife's oxygen tanks and they don't even have a store front so I can change them out .so if you care about your family send them to Hobbs
Why does advanced home care get such bad reviews.. I have used them for two months now and they have always been so helpful and kind and courteous. The ones giving the bad reviews I am sorry for your luck but I will continue my business with them until they prove to me that they are no longer a caring company..
