Moved from Florida to Georgia and had just received my Bipap in Florida. Someone had inadvertently packed my mask in the Pod. I went to Adapt in Georgia, and told them the situation. I made an Appointment to see them, and when I got there they did not have time to see me and gave me a display mask in a baggy and sent me on my way. AdapthHealth is a great company. Super employees.
This is for AdaptHealth. They are awful. I have been placing the same order since may 2023 and now I have been trying to get my mom nutrition for over 30 days. After several issues finally got thre order done Aug 5 2024 but it was not received. So I Called today Aug 12 2024 and was told my mom same order now needs an override which has been pending since last Monday. 5 business days. I have been in hold 1 hour and 34 minutes waiting for a member of their leadership team to get this override done. Trying to find another compa... read more
My experience wasn't good, hard to reach someone & when I ordered my supplies they would send something that I didn't order
Recently I needed my oxygen concentrater replaced. I hadn't had any contact with them since before they were bought out. I had to call customer support and have a new account set up. The ladies I spoke to were so nice and helpful and nice. Within five minutes I received a call from the nice young man at the warehouse to set delivery of my new concentrater. All in all I had a new machine up and running within an hour and a half.
