I traveled all the way from Texas to see Dr. Eric Pinar at Advanced Hernia Specialists because he is a true specialist. So thankful we found this place! We do not have insurance and called several other places and were told it would be $60,000+ to get a hernia fixed. Somehow an internet search revealed this place and I thought it was too good to be true. Thankfully, it is exactly what was advertised. My husband called, had his consultation, and his hernia fixed in less than a week. The doctor has a wonderful bedside manner! Took his time with the patient and made us feel like he really cared. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
Dr. Pinnar is an outstanding surgeon. He spent a significant amount of time with me during my pre-op appointment, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel completely comfortable moving forward with surgery. Scheduling was also very reasonable, which I appreciated. I traveled from Tallahassee to Jacksonville (about a 2.5-hour drive) for the procedure.
