Will not be using them again, the last couple times I’ve called they have been rude on the phone, seems like their people are always miserable.
I first became a customer of Advanced heating oil about 10 years ago. They were the least expensive and had fast service. Then the unexpected happened. I wasn’t paying attention to the tank level, and we ran out of oil. Even though we couldn’t get a delivery for a few days, they sent a driver with 50 gallons so we could have heat and take hot showers while we waited on our delivery. Their kindness meant so much .
