I have had great service from Advanced for over 10 years. However I recently moved and my former hvac technician didn’t serve my new area. I called Advanced and they recommended I call Kneeland heating in Gales Ferry. I called Kneeland made an appointment and they never showed or called. When I called them and asked why they said they failed to document the appointment and that I would have a new appointment. I haven’t heard from Kneeland since Bad for Advanced
