They immediately scheduled us and Sean was able to come out before his scheduled time to take a look at our unit. I will never use Advanced Heating again. I have never written a review, let alone a bad review, once in my life. I feel so strongly about this that I’m taking the time to warn others. The tech came to our house for a routine maintenance, verbally provided some suggestions and said he would follow up, that some of our issues would probably be covered under warranty.
