All of the men that came to our home were very professional, polite and kind. They were very patient with all of our questions. We had a new furnace and heat pump installed.
I do think Advanced Heating & Air is an organized, efficient, well run company overall. I also understand the recent power outage in Cosi caused a flux of customers in need of many parts & repairs. However, when I called Advanced Heating & Air, I was told the board in my unit was fried, as it happened all over town. Luckily, the part was still under warranty and I would only have to pay $150 for labor. I also was given the choice to have installed a surge protector on the unit or a whole house surge protector.
