I’m very happy with the unit they installed. It has been in our home around 14 years. With their regular maintenance, it still works great! they are very polite when they come to my home, and always clean up after they are done. I have them work on my air conditioner, every spring to clean it and make sure it’s running well, and my heater every fall to make sure it will get me through a cold winter. Nancy in the office is always helpful and accommodating . Jeff the technician is courteous and always on time. Great customer service.
Whenever we have an issue with our heat pump system, Advanced is always timely in troubleshooting and determining a solution. They don't give up. We love having them take care of our system. We have parts on order and won't be able to address any pricing in this review.
Not only did the technician service the furnace he also found one of the air ducks was loose from furnace he also repaired it and reattach to furnace.
