Christian was great to work with. We texted before he came out and he got information through pictures and questions so he could be sure he had all the right parts. He took the time to make sure everything was good even on a weekend. Definitely recommend!
I was in a bind and thought it might take a few days to get a technician to help us out. Advance was able to come the same day and fix our AC problem. The technician was really great to talk to. A really nice guy! We appreciate their fast response and professionalism.
Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning were amazing from start to finish. Tyler had the problem with my AC diagnosed and fixed in about 15 minutes. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skills. My living room was so comfortable that I sat in my rocking chair in front of the AC for like 2 hours after he left! Even my cat was lying in the cool air loving it! Advanced AC and Heating SAVED ME $7,000! When my system started failing I called one of the big players in Utah and learned that my 16 year old system was shot. They tried to pressure me into signing and buying a new system from them same day.
