Service is not up to reasonable expectations. Appointment was confirmed twice and call came 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to reschedule. Claim was that the technician was overbooked and it would be another week and a half before he could come out. The part to be replaced in the A/C unit was ordered over a week ago. Now it will be 3 weeks before the unit can be repaired. Satisfying the customer is not their top priority. No other alternatives were offered to us during this hot summer season.
