Jerry, that works for Advanced Heat Pump Systems came to our house and repaired our heat pump. He figured out what the problem was in no time and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind and polite and answered all of our questions. Beth, that took our call for service was so very nice and professional. I would highly recommend Advanced Heat Pump Systems for any HVAC issues that your home may have.

Ignore the negative reviews. Our heating system was blowing cold air with low temps in the teens. A neighbor referred us to Advanced who sent Jerry to us within only an hour or so. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and he fixed our problem within minutes. Very impressed and highly recommended!

Jerry and the owner both worked together to get our complicated 4 zone HVAC system repaired. They did not give up, and now the HVAC is working even better than it was in the past 5 years. So appreciated the persistence to solve the problem for a reasonable rate.

I attempted to have a dispute resolved through the BBB, but the complaint was ignored. I did not want to leave a negative review on Google, but it seems I have no choice. I dispute your invoice in its entirety. You failed to perform quality work, and a technician had to come out and reattach a drain hose that had been accidentally disconnected by a previous technician (admitted to me by the technician).
