We've contacted Advanced dozens of times over the past 7 months via their website, phone calls to their office/message service and even stopped by their shop in person twice to request preventative maintenance on our office's HVAC system. They have ignored all of our calls and emails, but when we visited in-person, we were told on both occasions that they would come to our office within a week to assess the cost of PM. Our heating system stopped blowing air on Sunday. We have a cancer & kidney failure patient in our house, so it's very important to have heat. Called David. He arrived 30 min later and had it fixed within 5-10 min. Very professional & knowledgeable. Will use his services again in the future.
