I received the most thorough hearing test ever. Everything was thoroughly explained. I was given several options
I found the audiologist, Brianna, to be uncaring and rude.
Great product and very responsive service. When I had questions in that first month, they got back to me quickly. When I needed assistance nearly a year after getting the hearing aids because one was acting weird they were responsive about helping me through the issue and got the issue resolved quickly for me. Happy customer here!
