RecommendedDr karlovitz is the bomb! You won’t find anyone who works harder to ensure you’re completely satisfied and that everything is working as it should. She calls and emails to follow up even in the evening or on a weekend. She helped my 91 year old dad even working with Starkey hearing aids company rep to get us all set up. When he had trouble she got new upgraded ones and then when that didn’t work quite right she got them to send a special remote control. All of this was at no extra charge. I've been seeing Dr. Karlovitz for 3 years now. She really gets to know you and your lifestyle. She especially gets to know what your needs are now and what you hope to be able to do when your hearing issues are addressed. I love my hearing aids, they have made such a difference in my life. My audiologist was Samantha Reavell at ENTACC. She was very knowledgeable and very professional but also very friendly and very helpful, especially since this was an entirely new experience for me. My ongoing visits are informative and I never feel like I'm being rushed.
