Beth and Jim are very friendly and do not push you to do anything you do not want to do. I find their practice refreshing. My hearing aid issue was fixed in no time and I am pleased that I can continue using the aid I got at another place.
I thought my hearing was failing. He cleaned my aids and I'm back to normal.
This is the best place ever. More than once I have had to take my hearing aids in because of issues(normally of my doing) and every time Jim has been able to fix them for me. The people here are extremely caring and professional.
Jim and Beth are really good people and who really care about your hearing needs.
