My 3 year old daughter has had several hearing tests done already and it’s always an absolute nightmare… Until we went to Advanced Hearing Life in Oshawa. It was a quick in and out, the audiologist was great with my daughter and so patient. I will be scheduling all future hearing tests here 100%
Awesome place very helpful and kind
After leaving a voice message, and received a call back on the Bone Conductive Hearing Aid. The lack of empathy and not interested to listen and hung up the phone without even listening and just not competent enough to know the shortcomings of the Canada Hearing technology and diversity. Thinking only the traditional hearing aid is the only priority and rest do not matter. Janet Witherspoon was excellent with my toddler’s hearing test. She was patient and walked us through the entire process. I wasn’t sure what the experience would be like but she made it fun for my daughter.
My 4 year old was referred to Advanced Hearing by our ENT and had such a positive experience. Janet Witherspoon did his hearing test and she was wonderful, she made him feel so comfortable. Her name gets brought up a ton in the local Mom groups for being amazing with kids and now I know why. Highly recommend seeing her, especially if you have a younger child who might feel a little uneasy about the experience
