I was a faithful user with a different hearing company in Livingston County for years. I had an emergency need, and my loyalty made no difference, and I was told I had to make an appointment, which would have been weeks out. When you have to use your hearing aids to be able to work, it placed me in a bind. So I researched and called Advanced Hearing of Brighton. They saw me the same day and fixed my Bluetooth hearing aids for free. I even ordered a brand new pair of hearing aids.

I found Laura very patient to answer all my many questions. When my one aid wasn’t working good I went back to see what was wrong with it, she checked it out thoroughly and I was told that it had to go back to the company. It came back fast and it now works like a charm. She encouraged me to always come in if it needed some adjusting done.
