Kathy is so wonderful about taking the time to answer ALL my questions (and I had a lot!). The prices were by far the best I found. Plus, they work hard with you to provide the best hearing device experience for you as an individual!

I am hoping I will be able to amend this review if the situation gets resolved. At this point in time, after two in person consultations in addition to emails, I have not received the part needed to render my right hearing aid operable. I have received four parts, none of which were correct. The process is stretching into a month and a fourth shipment. I have not received an answer if the error lies with Widex or Advanced Hearing.
