Dr. Joiner is a wonderful caring person. Fully explains all that she is doing and why. Love the fact that the office is never crowded and you are given their full attention with no feeling of being rushed or pushed along for the next patient. The receptionist, Belinda is also very sweet and makes you feel comfortable which is the total opposite of what most receptionist in doctors offices make you feel. I am so glad I picked Advanced for hearing issues.
Doctors are very concerned about your hearing and balance. However, try and get an appt on two days that can fit into your schedule....they are booked. Yet every time e I've gone there less,than 2 people waiting and or checking out. Hum....
