Love them they are helpful and polite and friendly
Hearing test was short and sweet. My aids have not fit well but they kept trying different buds til they made molds and got a good fit. I was impressed that they kept trying until the problem was solved. Now we go in every 3 mos. to have them checked and tuned up if need be. Great service !!! .
I was shocked on how much I was not hearing before. After the hearing test I was able to wear hearing AIDS. And I could really hear for the first time in a long time Every word every phrase I understood. After I received my hearing AIDS. I realized I was not hearing everything. I did not realize.
