Bizarre communication glitches actually resulted in my running out of prescription medication they told me I must take daily. Phones are rarely answered. Voice mail typically refuses to accept messages, and nobody calls back in any event. Pharmacies report no response to calls and faxes. DO NOT USE TREND HEALTHCARE. When my partner and I came to Dallas they were the most convenient and helpful option for her. She loved her doctor, and felt really good about her care in the office. I won’t mention the doc’s name because she was never the problem, it was the Trend office. They are horrible at their jobs. There hasn’t been a single thing they have done correctly it’s impressive.
