This place is awesome!!!! My mother has been to several skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities and this one by far is the best! The staff is super nice and attentive. The rooms are nice too and even have coolers and microwaves in them! 5 stars all the way!!!!

The personnel that work here are the best. The facility is very clean. The CNA Ulysses is the best.

My dad had a stay at the Henderson facility from January 16, 2025 to the end of February 2025. The nursing staff assigned to him was amazing, which included Ruby, Jane, Uly, Mary, and Liz. The therapy staff was exceptional, all the way from Gavin, Michelle, Jeff, and James. Speech Therapist John was unbelievably kind and helpful, as well.

I’m leaving this review after exhausting all professional avenues to resolve a serious failure in care and regulatory compliance regarding my mother’s discharge. Advanced Healthcare of Henderson ignored clear CMS guidelines requiring that facilities pause discharge during active Medicare appeals. Despite my explicit communication—both verbal and written—that my mother’s second-level appeal was in progress, she was discharged prematurely. “If only the rating system could go higher; I’d give Advanced Health Care of Henderson 10 ’s” This facility is #1 hands down in my book!
