Yes, the building itself is absolutely beautiful, and the physical therapy team is astounding. However, the care from the nursing team and day-to-day staff left much to be desired. They have been chronically late in getting my loved one their medications, and have done little to help her treat sores caused by her inability to get up on her own. It feels like they are there for the paycheck and not because they care about helping those in need. If I could reflect solely on their physical therapy team, I'd give 5 stars. They h... read more
