This place puts up an artificial front. The staff is way over worked and not qualified. My mother's nurse could not correctly put an IV in for fluids. I observed the CNAs neglect to clean my mother after using the restroom. Thus, my mom end up with a septic infection. After fourteen hours of advocating for my mom and watching her increasingly decline, I begged an admitting Dr. Whom complained I was cornering her and it was not her job. Facebook personnel you have done a unique job creating my life adventure s Thankyou. I'm an 82 year old lady and have enjoyed the Facebook opportunity to share my life with friends and family. My stay in Reno Advanced Healing for two months was truly enriched by my family putting me on the Facebook program. I broke my hip and had a two month hospital stay. This place rocks. My mother has been here three times and they have always been great. Kudos go out to the pt staff and her favorite "Sargent" Ziggy. That woman makes you work for your ot.
I loved this place and everyone who works there! They all treat the patients with dignity and professionalism. The employees are all happy to be working there. It is a fabulous place to be if you have to be in a rehab facility !
