Trying to get answers is horrible. It took 15 min.for them to answer. I asked about getting an orders sent to hospital for my son for getting a urine sample tested to check for uti. Called at 11:30, got answer at 12 noon.called back at 2 and they said the physician assistant didn't know who called and didn't understand order.i told them symptoms and told them to call back since I only had a nurse till 5:30.
