First time patient. Knowing before my appt that they did not take my insurance. I was OKAYYY PAYING OUTTA POCKET. Front desk employee took my payment then refused to give me a paper copy receipt!.. proceeds to ask for my insurance card. I asked “why do u need that if you dont accept it”. He said “this appt is over you will not be seen”. I started filming as I stood there confused!.. I had a great experience with Dr. Castorino. He takes his time to hear all of my concerns. If I need refills Lexy is prompt at returning calls and helping me with my insurance requests. He’s the Best

I love this guy! He's a great Dr. He listens to patients and doesn't talk down to you. He's got a funky vibe which I find refreshing.
I was doing a random internet search for an Endocrinologist and took a chance on Dr. Castorino. Glad I did!!! Dr. Castorino demonstrated expert knowledge of my situation and I am shocked to see any negative reviews. No I am not paid to say this and he has no idea who I am typing this. I been going from doctor to doctor trying to find out what endocrinology health problems I have and this doctor has come the closest to giving me relief on how to go forward caring for my illness.
