On June 6, 2019, I went with Advanced Hardwood Floors to court due to the unfair pricing on my floors. Roberto Ciamillo came with his wife whom claimed to be the legitimate owner of the company. The judge awarded less than they claimed I owed them. In the court, after presenting the pictures of the defects within the floor to him, he said "this is not a split it is within the grain".
