Very nasty attitude, costumer service is terrible before you even make it to the office. The receptionist answers the phone and hangs up immediately before she even hears you. I didn’t like the fact that when I tried to express my concern I got over talked instead of her actually listening to me.

The office is pretty and very modernized. The front desk receptionist was very nice. My appointment was off to a wonderful start. However once I met the doctor I understood why the ratings were so low. She was very unprofessional. She did not have on a lab coat and she had on sandals( not appropriate for clinical setting)she did not check my vitals,etc. The MD was not very knowledgable or helpful in working with me about my condition. I would not recommend.

Customer service was VERY horrible from a Nealy and Stacey , very rude and racist comments where made as if I was uneducated the way they treated me was horrible and I was shocked due to me coming here for a year and got the run around for a manager state they have no corporate office number and I still have yet to hear from a manager . The service sucks here
