The only place in state that would take my insurance without a copay. They no longer offer anything other than euro-gyn services. I got my nexoplanon in with them three years ago & now I cant even get it removed unless I go to a DIFFERENT location and they will not replace it. Such bull shit. I remember when I used to actually recommend this place to people.

I scheduled an appointment with this facility based on the reviews. Well my experience was definitely not a positive one. I arrived for my 8am appointment at 7:51am. Although no one was rude the environment was far from friendly. I was checked in and they collected my out of pocket. I was quickly brought back to a room where my vitals were taken and prepped for an exam. I receive a text today asking to reschedule my annual visit that is on the October 28th (today is the 23rd). The only date they currently have this year is December 11th. Otherwise, the next available is in February. They do not have a cancelation list that they can put me on. If they need to reschedule an appointment that has been on a specific date and time for a year, they need to do better to accommodate a patients schedule with the change is due to the office/doctor. Worst front office staff very rude and void of any customer service. They must be paying for the good reviews. They cancel the appointments and send the text with the cancellation and then tell you cannot schedule because appointment was cancelled. I tried to explain to the lady over th ephone that we have received the texts for cancellation, she would say, my system shows the cancellations and she could not book further appointments. I wonder how do they stay in business?

I was referred to Dr Ford by our family doctor. Dr. Ford is fantastic. She is so good at what she does, I didn’t come out of the clinic with any weird thoughts or questions. She is very detailed, very knowledgeable, and she listened to everything. She is very thorough, did not rush even by a minute. We chatted for almost 30 mins and I didn’t see her rushing through the conversation even though she had patients waiting. She was able to listen carefully and provide the right information.
