Horrible people. Canceled my appointment but never called me so when I showed up I was turned away. I had made an appointment for the atlanta one because I had no other options but was late due to my car breaking down, so I made another appointment. Once again they have canceled. At least they had the decency to send their robot operator to cancel right? Not even a real person could call me. Never go here

Edited: Back in 2021 I gave them 4 stars. Abigail Pothen was the NP and she was amazing. Since she left the quality had dropped significantly and they're very unprofessional. They called me the day before my appointment to tell me that the new doctor who was supposed to see me was no longer working there and they wouldn't have a replacement until mid August, so I should call them back then. Instead of them trying to reschedule or telling me they're going to let me know when they get a new doctor, they completely disengaged f... read more
I scheduled an appointment on April 29 for July 10, and on July 9 they call me to cancel it because the doctor who was supposed to see me, no longer works there. When I asked why they waited until the day before my appointment to let me know, they were not able to give me a smart answer. I could've tried to schedule an appointment somewhere else, instead of wasting 2 months. Completely unprofessional.
This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I had a pain in my side when I went in which an ultrasound was ordered for me. Dr. Ashley never called me with my results or uploaded the results. Instead she insisted for me to come into the office to discuss this matter which I had to pay and additional $193 dollars.
