Imagine your worst nightmare about your inspection come true. That is what happened to me and my sister with this company. We called Mary the day that we went in contract for our property and provided the detail of the property. She had Alex, the husband, call us back and gave us a price and a 3-day lead time which was reasonable. So we decided to hire them. We asked take to send us the contract and invoice. Do not hire this company! We made the mistake of doing so, and it cost us thousands and thousands of dollars. They missed, among other things: that 1. our duct work was entirely unsealed 2. that we had a large hole next to a bathroom exhaust fan that was allowing moist air to enter into the attic and cause a mold problem. 3. That the majority of our walls in our home were made of a asbestos building material that was unsealed and caused the home to be filled with a white, powdery dust.
