He is by far the best eye Dr. I have ever had. I have been with vision problems my entire life. I started going to Mass Eye and Ear and have seen many eye doctors and had several surgeries, and I can say with 100 percent say that anyone with glaucoma and complex eye problems will benefit from seeing Dr. Latina. Yes, his office is busy, and yes they don't call with reminders, but hands down this Dr. has the knowledge and skill that is not easily found in my opinion, and to me he is a miracle worker !!
I do not recommend. Office staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. The billing dept. is a separate group which is inconvenient for the patient because the office staff just tells you to call them and cannot provide you any assistance. The office also does not call, text or email appointment reminders. I find these reminders are a nice courtesy and an easy win to provide a better customer experience- especially since you will be charged for missed appointments. I will find another practice for my eye care.

Some complain about waiting an hour and 45 minutes. They wete lucky. If they can't handle the loaf, stop taking patients
