I have always had great service from this company. The service technician is extremely professional and goes out of his way to get the job done. If you need maintenance done or a new generator installed please give this company a call they will get it done!
They did a great job on my RV generator on short notice so we could use our RV on a planned trip.
Do not use this place. They are predatory, and will scam you. We asked them to come out in the Fall. The technician came a different day and then said he couldn't access the generator (a fence was unlocked, and we could've told him this if he came on the scheduled day). We then heard nothing for months. After many calls with a horribly rude secretary, we got it rescheduled but had to pay for the first visit. We had an issue with our Kubota diesel generator and these guys came to the rescue! When I met Larry, it was immediately obvious we found the right company to help with our problem. They fixed our engine problem and they were very thorough making sure it was ready to get back to work. Advanced Generator is our new go-to for generator repair.
