I have nothing but good things to write about this office. They're very courteous, professional and respectful. I still remember my first visit early this year. The doctor was never in a rush, spent almost an hour on me, not to even mention the other specialists who also saw me that same day. It was an amazing experience, everyone was friendly and the provider that attended to me was very professional.
The receptionist is super rude and very unprofessional, calls to reschedule an appointment and speaks so rudely. I don't want to deal with this people again.
This is the most unprofessional medical practice I have ever encountered. The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. The blood work I had done left me bruised for a week. Avoid this practice if you can.
Not recommended. Interpreted one of my testing results incorrectly - and it's such an obvious error that everyone can find correct interpretation from CDC website; very difficult to access through phone call to clarify the wrongly interpreted result, and guess what, they charged me for clarifying the result that they interpreted incorrectly at the beginning.
