Had to give 1 star, because zero is not an option. Christina Miller is dismissive and rude. My mother saw her today, for the 3rd or 4th time for a severely painful issue she’s had for over a year!! She refused to examine my mother, told her she is constipated, and to take Miralax. She is not constipated! Terrible bedside manner. I’ve already encourage my mother to find a new GI, which is a shame, because she was so pleased when she initially met Dr. Ahluwahlia.
Christina Miller has the worst bedside manner that I have ever encountered. My husband was seen by her and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. This woman should not be allowed to treat a roach. This place needs training on Customer Service and Delivery to their patients, this also applies to the Office Manager Nicole who needs to learn to listen to the patients and the customers instead of defending such a nasty unprofessional person. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going to this place. The current reviews and past several years reviews. They are absolutely horrible. So I don't believe they even care what people say about their facility. I was seen by the NP Christina Miller. She diagnoses me with a blockage. By just seeing my walk into the room. She is rude for the following reasons. She never looked up from her laptop and acted like what I was saying. She was not interested in hearing ANYTHING I had to say. She listened to my lungs??? The NP I saw had worst attitude, arrogant and did not read paperwork carefully and very judgmental instead of being scientific. very disappointed.
My husband was referred here and I wish he wasn't. The staff is very unresponsive. It took them 3 weeks to send over a prescription to the pharmacy. Then when the prescription was denied, it took them another absurd amount of time to respond and get him a new one. They do not answer the phone or respond to messages via their "portal". This place is a joke. Read the rest of the reviews and go somewhere else.
