Stay away. Bad customer service. Rude. Takes forever for payments to go through. When you call to check payment status everyone is clueless. I’ve sent multiple emails that have went unanswered. Stay away from this place.
Dr. Naeem and his staff are wonderful and I've always felt like a person and not a number. My appointments are always on time and greatly appreciate the caring, thoughtful treatment I always have when I have an appt. Very dedicated and experienced!
Avoid this office like the plague! I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time, an hour after my appointment time I was told that they finally have a room open but the Dr still has three patients ahead of me, one of which had an appointment time 15 minutes after mine but was taken back ahead of me. There was no concern for the time I took off work, or all the time wasted sitting there for nothing.
