My 35+ garage door motor finally died and I contacted Advance Garage door based on the number of good reviews. I received a time window for the free estimate when Leo called and said he was in the area and wanted to come by early. The result was he diagnosed the issue and offered several solutions. The technician arrived late and seemed unprepared for the job. While the garage door worked briefly after the repair, it started making loud noises again within a week. I contacted them for a follow-up, but response time was slow and unhelpful. The service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail.
