Such great service and with a smile - a pleasant surprise. The guys taught me a lot of other incidental things about the furnace and household “stuff”. Actually booked them again for cleaning dryer vent in attic. I never write reviews btw!

The Advanced Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning Crew took good care of us today to clean the ducts in our condo. Their company was referred to us during our heating furnace checkup due to problems we were having with uneven heating and dust in the condo. The Advanced team was polite, professional, attentive to details, and took excellent care of our home. They even hand washed all of the vents! Feeling like we have a brand new system. James was especially a pleasure to work with.
5 stars!!! As a contractor in LBI, I used Advanced as they were recommended by a fellow contractor. These guys showed up early for the window they gave, they did an excellent job! Really think they went the extra mile as we had a dead rodent rotting and smelling this beach front property up!!!! Not only were they efficient but the entire crew were hand shake guys.... Poor communication on one visit where the correct equipment wasn’t brought required a second visit. The second visit unearthed the issue where the techs said a cleaning wasn’t needed. A charge of over $100 had to be paid for ZERO work done. I understand paying maybe $50 for coming out but over $100?! Very surprised since they had such great reviews.
Aaron and Keith were at our home today, they were amazing and did such a thorough job. They made us aware of everything they were doing! We are going to recommend you to all of our friends and family! Thank you again!
