I was referred to Billy from a mutual friend to come to my home to have my air vents cleaned. Even though They are not located in my immediate area, I chose Advanced Furnace because of their reputation for excellent customer service and professionalism. I was so happy with the prompt, courteous service I received! It's unusual to find companies today who take such pride in their work. Thank you Billy! You did not disappoint.
After extensive research I picked Advanced Duct cleaning! They did not disappoint. After reading all the negative things about this industry I was extremely skeptical. Advanced checked all the boxes from being in business for over 50 years, using power vacuum trucks, having National Air Duct Cleaning Association certified technicians and being family owned was a plus! Very impressed with the job done. I was skeptical about duct cleaning, but now that we had the work done I highly recommend this company. Mike M. and Jack earned their salary at our house, working hard for 3 hours. They did not rush the process and Mike kept us educated about the process. Before and after photos were taken inside the main duct and shown to us. I really believe my house is cleaner and that we are breathing cleaner air. Don't use any other company, call Advanced.
Awesome work done by Alex and Francisco! They were on time, extremely friendly, and walked us thru step by step what they were going to do. They worked together to get the job done , and cleaned up after themselves! Other than having clean ducts you'd never know they were here! I definitely recommend Advanced Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning! Amazing work done by the knowledgeable, professional, and friendly crew. They were on time. They were in and out within 3 hours, with a complete cleaning to all the ducts, vents, returns and AC coils. Showed us before photos before they started the job and the after photos it looked like it was a brand new system. They left the house spotless, and smelling fresh instead of stale cigarette smoke. I was referred to another company from Millstone who charged me an arm and a leg but never finished the job. Left dirt and debris all over my house and said they couldn't complete my job because there were bees surrounding my dryer vent. (Never told me anything until I called to complain) THEN I called Advanced who I had used MANY times in the past!
