Purchased a kit from them 10 weeks ago. After 3 weeks I was told that it was with this batch and would be ready this week. 2 weeks later I called and I was told that they were waiting on fuel injectors and it would be shipping out next week. 2 weeks later I called and left several messages but nobody would call back. I called from my work phone and they answered right away and told me they had a batch of bad computers but it should be ready to ship out next week. Best customer service I have ever received. Exceptionally knowledgeable people.
Purchased a product that had inaccurate information. Support sent me an updated install .pdf that is different from the .pdf you can download from the purchase page. The "updated" .pdf stated that my system would require a significant upgrade before being able to do what i attend to, this was not stated in the purachse webpage. When contacted, they avoided my 1 simple question and kept insisting i didnt know what i was doing. They stated that they were "answering my question, just not the one I'm implying". I have been trying to reach this company for a while no answer - I left a lot of messages / emails and nothing . So weird :/ I won’t contact them anymore sound like scam
