We had a bad start. I have never been to this practice. I called the Glastonbury office and asked if they accepted my insurance, the answer was no. Then I tried asking for outta pocket cost because we are willing to pay. I was explaining what I needed my husband to be seen for and she abruptly interrupted me to tell me that because they don’t accept his insurance they can’t treat him even if we were paying out of pocket because it’s company policy and there are other practices who accepted our insurance. DOCTOR BALLOCH IS ABOUT 1 thing MONEY…. had surgery on my toe which they said minimal pain. It was terrible pain and a month and half later still pain level 6-7. Doctor B. Never bothered to even call me after the surgery. The whole process I felt alone in pain I find it hard to believe a doctor talk to you for 60 seconds prior to surgery and never call to check on you after surgery. I could not be happier with the care both my daughter and I have received with this practice. From top to bottom they are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Every step of the way Dr. Balloch explained the options and reasoning behind her recommendations. She is an exceptional surgeon who has an amazing support team and I would not hesitate to recommend her practice for any issue, big or small.

I had a great experience. I have dealing with foot pain for over two years working with another doctor. Dr. Bollach told me exactly what was wrong with my foot on my first visit. My foot Is 100% better. Dr. Bollach and her office staff are friendly and caring. Highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

Just left an appointment with podiatrist Rachel Balloch in Avon, I had heard good things about her, however I hadn't heard that her only solutions to problems were money. I was aggressively told I was wearing the wrong shoes (they are the best I can afford) and was instructed to wear only Hoka shoes but offered absolutely no cheaper alternative, and demanded I get orthotics.
