This was my first vist with Michaela Lis. She was extremely competent , knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took her time and made the procedure painless. This is the best foot care facility in the greater Hartford area.
Michaela is professional, thorough and informative. She addressed all my concerns and initiated a path to recovery.
I am disappointed with the billing experience at this office. I was charged $788 because my claim was not initially processed correctly through insurance. The insurance issue was subsequently corrected, but I am still waiting for the office to refund the $788 I paid. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly by phone and email but have not received a response or my refund. This has been ongoing since April.
