Dr. Barlam was extremely patient and listened to what I had to say before examining my foot and giving an x-ray . He was thorough in his exam and seemed to actually care about my foot problem. This was one of my best experiences through ZocDoc and I would highly recommend Dr. Barlam
I went to Dr. Barlam about a fungus infection on my toe after multiple trips to a local Dermatologist, was unsuccessful. The difference between the two offices was day and night. At Dermatologist office, i visited 3 times, and not once did i see Doctor. Not only that, i felt that dermatologist office was trying to rip me off, giving me some BS topical medicine and taking samples 3 times with no results. Don't waste your money – Starting in June , 2011 I've spent $1150.00 for pin point laser treatment on one toenail. As of Feb, 2012 it hasn't worked. The toenail fungus on the one nail is still there. Very painful and my money is gone. The $150.00 was for a total of 3 touch ups.
