This place is a good example of a bad health care system I called made a new patient appointment and unfortunately got very sick and couldn't make the appointment now understand im a new patient i was not aware of the policies there so a lil time goes by and im now in dire need of foot and ankle care so I call to schedule another appointment and was told because I did a no call no show (and I don't work there right) that I was now unable to ever get a appointment again I thought that helping people was the mission for any he... read more

If you can find another foot doctor I recommend doing so. My experience was not a good one.

Waiting over an hour to be seen for every appointment it's ridiculous. Good doctor, but my first appointment I was here for three hours with 90% if that being waiting. Second time it's already been an hour and I am still sitting here waiting in the doctor. You need to schedule fewer patients if you always run an hour late.

The staff and doctor are fine but I am having a nightmare with insurance. Anthem states it is in network and covered but it goes through as out of network.I have talked to multiple people at Anthem about this. I have yet to receive a bill but am sure that I will due to this situation. Be very careful about insurance, though I checked ahead and the clinic Advanced Foot and Ankle Care is listed as ‘in network.’ The name on the claim is different from the name of the clinic and different from the name of the doctor I saw.
