I was told that inserts would be covered by my insurance. They told me they called and everything was good to go. I paid my share and got them. 6 months later I receive a bill for the full amount plus $25 for being late. I told them from the beginning if insurance won't pay, I don't want/need them. So now I got them anyways and a nice bill. They aren't nice about it either! Maybe they did this on purpose, I don't know. I have never had this happen by any other medical office.
