The doctor is awful. When he told me he couldn't help he followed up with a story of another patient that he couldn't help because she had spinal cancer. Terrible experience. Do not reccomend.
Dr. Robertozzi was extremely rude and condescending. I wish I had read other reviews before scheduling. When I asked a simple question about why he didn’t recommend another common treatment, he snapped, “because I don’t,” as if I didn’t deserve an explanation. Throughout the appointment, his tone was combative and dismissive. When I asked for clarification about the medication, he sighed and acted irritated that he had to repeat himself. I had trouble finding the building since it’s not visible from the road and the gps wasn’t helping. The receptionist was very sweet and helped guide me to find the building. I did call them twice to tell them I was close and having trouble so I was a little late to my appointment. Dr. Roberttozzi was somewhat friendly at first. Right after he asked me what I do for work I immediately felt like he was judging me for having a part time job. His next question was so you don’t have a full time job as well? Lady answering the phone was the rudest person I’ve dealt with. I made an appointment, had to cancel because there was an almost 3 week wait. Was able to be seen somewhere else 2 times and an X ray, I left a VM never was called back. And the receptionist rudely told me I should have cancelled sooner. Then got offended when I gave her some attitude back.
Ingrown toenail. I can't say enough how great this experience was from booking the appointment to getting my toe tended to. The office staff - Denise - and Dr. Robertozzi were both exceptional! It was easy, seamless, quick and most importantly - painless!! Highly recommend. Same day, no wait, in and out.
