Was very helpful told me immediately what to do about my plantar fasciitis was quick and easy immediately treated for the diagnosis and everyone was just really nice overall 5/5 experience!
My husband had an appointment there yesterday. He sat in the waiting room for half an hour and then they put him into an examining room. After sitting in the examining room for another half an hour he got up and left. Called this morning to make sure we wouldn’t be billed and to get a refund for the copay and the office staff didn’t even apologize.
The doctor is awful. When he told me he couldn't help he followed up with a story of another patient that he couldn't help because she had spinal cancer. Terrible experience. Do not reccomend.
Dr. Robertozzi was extremely rude and condescending. I wish I had read other reviews before scheduling. When I asked a simple question about why he didn’t recommend another common treatment, he snapped, “because I don’t,” as if I didn’t deserve an explanation. Throughout the appointment, his tone was combative and dismissive. When I asked for clarification about the medication, he sighed and acted irritated that he had to repeat himself. I had trouble finding the building since it’s not visible from the road and the gps wasn’t helping. The receptionist was very sweet and helped guide me to find the building. I did call them twice to tell them I was close and having trouble so I was a little late to my appointment. Dr. Roberttozzi was somewhat friendly at first. Right after he asked me what I do for work I immediately felt like he was judging me for having a part time job. His next question was so you don’t have a full time job as well?
