Lady answering the phone was the rudest person I’ve dealt with. I made an appointment, had to cancel because there was an almost 3 week wait. Was able to be seen somewhere else 2 times and an X ray, I left a VM never was called back. And the receptionist rudely told me I should have cancelled sooner. Then got offended when I gave her some attitude back.
Ingrown toenail. I can't say enough how great this experience was from booking the appointment to getting my toe tended to. The office staff - Denise - and Dr. Robertozzi were both exceptional! It was easy, seamless, quick and most importantly - painless!! Highly recommend. Same day, no wait, in and out.
Took my high schooler for a simple procedure to get an ingrown toenail taken care of. Dr Robertozzi was not only rude, but he removed 1/3 of the side of her nail exposing 1/3 of the raw nail bed causing more pain and a longer healing time than necessary. This was not the first time she’s had this issue but because we moved we needed to find a doctor closer to home. I do NOT recommend this doctor. Great doctor and staff!
I had surgery in 2021, when the bandage came off I noticed big toe was extremely short and did not sit on floor. It sticks straight up and I haven't had feeling in 2nd toe since. When I spoke to Dr. in tears he looked at me like I was crazy. I asked him why he never told me it would be so short? He said most patients are more concerned with having bunion removed.
