Great service and work! Super fast!
Customer service was mediocre and less than friendly.
Please disregard my last review, this was a case of mistaken business identity. Advanced Flooring Inspections was in fact superb in their service. Again, my apologize for any defamation of character of this business.
Person that answers the phone is with bad actitud. I asked how was my carpet report that was sent to the builder and not answering my questions. They did a inspection without any sample, just taken pictures. My question here is how they are you to verify the texture, fabric of my carpet without samples?
