Do not use this company! Bob Shriver sold us flooring for our kitchen saying that it was child and dog friendly and would not scratch or chip. Within a week of moving in and the install, the floor had numerous scratches and chips and dings in the wood. When it came time to have them come out and fix it they refused saying that we had dogs. They obviously do not stand behind their products or work. Unprofessional. Will never buy from them again.

Interior Specialists, Inc, or, "ISI," is the contracted flooring company through my builder, California West Communities in Del Sur. We purchased our home and as closing approached, I was directed to ISI to select and purchase the flooring. I bought a brand new home from Lennar. I have travertine in my master bathroom. We have hard water in my area and I noticed that my countertops had hard water spots. When CDI came out to recaulk my master shower only after living in my home for three months, I asked the worker what I could use to get the hard water spots off. He said, "I don't know, but I will call my office and tell you." He came in and told me to use any product to remove hard water spots.
