RecommendedBill is a great guy, easy going, friendly as he can be. He's been doing floors in KY for a long time and is very knowledgeable. I have used this company several times. Bill is a very nice, professional and reliable contractor. I have some beautiful floors to show for it.
Horrible job and even worse customer service. Bill Ready is a bully who scared me into paying him before the job was completed to my satisfaction. And now he doesn't even have the decency to answer my repeated calls and voice mails.
