What I love the most about this facility is they never give up. My husband and I were unexplained infertility and it took us 3 attempts to get pregnant. Everyone from the doctors (by the way all 3 are amazing people) to the embryologist (who tells you everything you'd want to know about your little embabies) to the front desk staff are all along for the ride with you in your journey. I highly recommend and we will for sure be back when we are ready for baby #2!
I went to the one in Mesa and loved the office staff; my husband and I primarily had Dr Larsen and we LOVED HIM! Currently we are (I am �) 10 weeks pregnant from only our 2nd round of IUI! They ran all the tests and were very thorough, told us what we needed to do, and gave us options for our infertility issues. WE COULDNT BE MORE THANKFUL TO DR LARSEN AND HIS STAFF
Our journey to becoming a family was bumpy and heart wrenching, but Dr. Z and the entire office was amazing and such a blessing! Thank you for walking through each step with us as we were blessed with twins!!! I pray we are blessed again once more �
They called less than 24 hours before an appointment we booked weeks ago to tell us that we still owed them for a bill we paid last year. Three hours later, they left another message to say that our appointment the next morning had been cancelled since we didn't settle the bill before coming in. Seriously? It's so laughably unprofessional that I'm not even mad. We've since heard from friends that Pacific NW Fertility has better service, is more professional, and is nicer to their patients. We've now done this three times, and this one went the best.
SRM is absolutely amazing! My amazing Dr. Cho is located at the Kirkland location. I went there for a lot of my appointments, but also had all my surgery type appointments at the Seattle Locations with other DRs (who were also amazing). Our IVF journey ended in the result of our sweet Princess Scarlett and gosh we are so blessed! Dr. Cho listened to our story, was sympathetic but also realistic (which is NOT easy to find). We used Dr. Lin for our whole IVF journey and now have two beautiful girls! I'm grateful for the wonderful caring staff during our IVF journey. We love SRM!
We tried to get pregnant on our own for 6 years and visited another fertility office first. Dr Z and the staff were amazing when we made the decision to move forward with IVF. We now have two babies stemming from our first cycle. Our little miracles!
