gracious & sensitive – I just wanted to take a moment to thank Michele. While it might seem small to most people, the gracious and sensitive way she handled me and my call is just so, SO appreciated! I am sure your job can be stressful for many reasons, so I thank you for taking a moment to put kindness out there to just another stranger on the other end of the phone. You might not think so, but it can make a much bigger impact than you think. Hope you keep it up for all of the others out there like me who might need it.

You go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I wish I could take you all with me to continue through the entire pregnancy. It will be a sad day at my last appointment, because I have built such trust in you Dr. Zoneraich, and now someone else has to earn my trust the way you have. We just wanted to thank you again for all you have given us. We are thrilled the IVF worked the first time, but I was sad to leave your office! You have forever spolied me with your warmth and level of personal care - I will now have high expectations for all other physicians! I really appreciate the fact that you did all the procedures yourself. Thanks for taking such great care of me.

True Blessing – I just wanted to say thank you for everything that you and the entire team did for us. Our daughter is a true blessing for us and she would not be here if it wasn't for the love and support from all of you. I don't even think that thank you is enough to show our appreciation.

doing well – Thanks also to Jennifer and Martha. Jennifer always answered my many questions/phone calls so promptly and Martha was terrific and retrieval and transfer days. We obviously also need to thank the lab for our "super embryo" and updates along the way. The twins and I are doing very well so far. They are both boys !

The office staff resembles the care that Dr. Zoneraich provides. When I was becoming very ill with OHSS, the front office staff would always find a spot for me at the last minute. Jennifer always answered my questions and called me back promptly if I left a message. After recovering from the OHSS, every staff member in the office asked how I was feeling, and comforted me that everything would be worth it in the end.
