rude and ignorant staff. outside of work they enjoy yelling at kids minding their own business in Morton.
Awful, and disorganized! Beware!!!! Don’t attempt to correct the arrogant doctors or else they’ll purposely give you trouble when you request for the right paperwork’s. Like I understand that people make mistakes but those people working there don’t like to be reminded of their mistakes and refuse to apologize for it. Went to a different dental office the next morning and the experience was 100% better!! Save yourselves the headache and go to a different dentist who actually cares about their patients!
I went to this office since June of this year to have my bottom denture done i have yet to receive it every time I call they have answering service telling me that someone will call me back I walked in on them two weeks ago Friday the lady at the desk i asked her to let me speak to the manager she called him on the phone and I spoke to him stephan he promised to call me that Monday I have yet to hear from him I would not recommend this place to anyone this place doesn’t even deserve one star i give them a hundred thumbs down... read more
