Had a scheduled follow up appointment for a Thursday at 9am. When I arrived to the office the doors were locked and the lights off. When I called into the office line, they were not able to find my patient records. Sham practice that’s a waste of patients time
Less than adequate services
I've been trying for WEEKS to get my old dental records as I visited this office pre covid (early march 2020) and got full x-rays, and have since moved. There is no in-office receptionist and calls go directly to a call center. The employees in the call center are very hard to understand and gave me the impression that it was a phishing scam (asking for additional personal information than is NOT necessary to release medical documentation to my new doctor).
