My fiancé went in in December 2025 for a vasectomy. On the day of a procedure we were told it would be $750 co-pay through our insurance or $700 if we just paid the office and they didn’t file with insurance. We paid the $700 and then a month or so later we got an explanation of benefits from our insurance company saying that they were billed for the vasectomy and covered everything but $300. Very straightforward process for my vasectomy! Quick next day consultation was scheduled followed by a completely painless and quick surgery two weeks later. Appreciate the hassle free process and Dr Barnes’ surgical skill. Front desk was also very friendly. Not sure what others have experienced with this issue.
I was refered here but sadly they are not equipped to help with what I needed, but they were very patient with me and assisted with trying to find how and where I could get the care I needed. I might not have been a patient but I was treated with great respect as if I was.
I dont even want to give this place 1 star- I was rear ended and had a video call with this office- I had to pay cash for them to see me because it had to do with a 2nd party accident claim- long story short I paid Dr Barnes. He then billed MY insurance and at the end of all this I had to pay my insurance company for the amount Dr BARNES billed BCBS AND NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND FROM HIS OFFICE! Terrible front end service. Trying to find a PCP and this practice makes you apply to be a patient. No appointments available. We were told to just walk in. Only to be told we need to apply to be a patient with the practice manager, and we need our childhood vaccination record before we can be considered for application. No care to the discomfort of my ill spouse. Now we are back to trying to find another doctor after waiting a week with bad GI symptoms thinking we could do a walk in here.
