My first visit was good, my 2nd not so much, they changed my appointment time by 1 hour without notification so I showed up for a 4:15 but was moved to 5:15. After waiting 15min and getting ignored by the 2 ladies at the front desk as they proceed to talk to 2 people they knew that walked in after me I finally interrupted and asked about my appt. I personally don’t have an issue with the provider at all. My issue is with the FRONT DESK. I came in to setup appointment. While doing so, I was treated extremely rudely and told I would not been seen or make appointment. They said they don't do general appointments and that I was not a patient...I am and have been seen in years past. This place is a joke!!! Avoid their rude staff and low class bulk processing D.O. Barns! All I can say I can say is a doctor, in this case an D.O. not even a MD, that graduated last in their class in Med School s still a Doctor/D.O...D.O. is a person who could not hack it as an MD. Suzette needs to be fired for her rude behavior and no help at at, I’ve been with Dr, Barnes for over 15 years and in those 15 years I’ve had to fix their billing code errors more than a few times so I got billed correctly.
